OSL will conduct its annual Disaster Recovery event on Sunday, January 12, 2025. This critical event ensures the resiliency and recovery of our systems in the event of a failure.
While every effort will be made to minimize service disruption, a scheduled downtime will be necessary to perform the exercise safely.
On Sunday, January 12, 2025, between 07:00 and 09:00 HKT (UTC+8), the following services will be affected: - All user access will be locked out. - Deposits and withdrawals of fiat and virtual assets will be suspended. - All brokerage trading will be suspended. - The daily exchange (ATS) maintenance period will be extended, the market will close at 07:00 HKT as usual, and reopen at 09:00 HKT (rather than 07:30 HKT).
The final timing and exact nature of the impact/interruptions are subject to change as we finalise the plans.
